RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Tails & Soul, we want both you and your pet to be completely satisfied with every purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are here to help.


Return Request Period

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to contact us and request a refund, in accordance with Spanish consumer protection law (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007).


How to Request a Refund

Include:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for your request

If the product is damaged or incorrect, please attach photos showing the issue.

We will review your request within a maximum of 48 hours.


Refund Process

You are not required to return the product.

Once your request has been verified, we will process a full refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.


Exceptions

Refund requests will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • More than 14 days have passed since the order was delivered.
  • The product has been used and does not present any defect.
  • The request does not include the necessary information to verify the issue.
